1. Get up early and get ready calmly

Be among the first to exercise your right to vote. The offices open early in the morning — leave with your coins and your voter card to avoid crowds and delays.

2. Show your voter card or your CNI

If you do not yet have your voter card, your National Identity Card (CNI) or your registration receipt are sufficient, provided that your name is on the electoral list from your polling station.

3. Do not wear any political party signs or clothing

On election day, clothing or objects displaying the logos, colors, or slogans of a party or candidate are prohibited. Dress simply, regardless of partisanship.

4. Respect the instructions of the polling station

Listen to election officials, stay calm, line up in order, and avoid discussions or provocations. Voting is a time for discipline and citizenship.

5. Choose the right report card

In the voting booth, locate The yellow ballot bearing the mentions “Issa Tchiroma Bakary — FSNC”.Make sure the ballot is clean, free of tears or stains.

6. Fold your ballot correctly

Once the ballot has been chosen, fold it carefully and put it in the envelope to preserve the secrecy of your vote, then slip it into the ballot box in front of the members of the office.

7. Destroy the other ballots

Destroy all other ballots before leaving the booth. Tear them up completely to prevent them from being reused for fraud purposes. Never take them out of the polling station.

8. Check the ink on your finger

After the vote, dip your finger properly in the ink to prove that you voted. This avoids multiple votes.

9. Stay disciplined and respectful

Do not interfere with the voting process. Respect voters, observers, and law enforcement. Citizenship is a strength, not a weakness.

10. Stay until the count

After voting, stay on site to observe and watch to the smooth counting of the ballots. Your citizen presence helps to Protecting the truth of the ballot boxes and to Ensuring that every voice really counts.

11. Don't give in to intimidation or false information

Ignore rumours or messages that cause fear. Stay focused, go vote and encourage your loved ones to do the same.

12. Vote for the future of Cameroon

On October 12, every vote counts. Make your choice in good conscience, for a fairer, more united and stronger country.
